Os resumimos las actividades de este mes de Marzo 2026 en nuestro Cultural Center EL NIU FELIÇ – THE KHUSHI NEST de Katmandú, Nepal
La primera noticia es la muerte por un infarto de nuestra compañera BISHNU DEVI MAHARJAN, una noticia triste pero tiene su parte de esperanza porque si existe el Cielo, y esperemos que sí, Bishnu está en Él por lo que dijeron sus compañeras de ella que era muy amable, honesta, alegre, encantadora, colaboradora, humanista… en nuestro NIU FELIÇ-THE KHUSHI NEST, hemos rezado por ella y hemos acompañado a su familia y deseando que si nos ve desde donde está, nos ayude a superarnos como personas. ¡¡¡Que en Paz descanse!!!
Como la Vida sigue y queremos dar lo mejor de nosotras a nuestras alumnas, aparte de las asignaturas de Nepalí, Matemáticas, Filosofía, Inglés, Ciencias sociales, con exámenes incluidos, hemos hecho talleres de Yoga, Flores de papel, Jabón sólido…
Este mes EL NIU FELIÇ – THE KHUSHI NEST, CUMPLE 15 AÑOS. Para celebrarlo haremos una buena fiesta tratando de que sea lo más participativa posible con creatividad, mucha amistad y amor. Cantaremos, Bailaremos, Comeremos comida hecha por nosotras, pondremos dinero en la hucha que tenemos para la Viuda y regalaremos Pajaritos hechos por nosotras a quien de “money” para ella.
Las alumnas siguen haciendo fotos de sus dioses preferidos y de sus vivencias diarias. Cada una la firma con su nombre.
Como veis la Vida es breve, lo que nos obliga a aprovecharla al máximo para nuestra satisfacción y la de quienes nos rodean.
Esto es lo que todo el Equipo os desea a vosotros y os enviamos todo nuestro afecto, amistad junto con un gran, fuerte y cálido abrazo.

I am from Newari community. In our caste there are more lands so our parents and we also need to work as farmer, we need to involve in agriculture activities so it’s rare the girls goes to school. In family, boys can go to school but not girls, they need to handle household works. So I was angry why my parents did not allow me to study in school. When I got married and gave birth to three daughters and a son I make them to study in School. The pain, the struggle which I had bear from childhood, I do not want my child suffers in that way. I want and wish when our male dominated society ends and equality in gender and opportunity will arise in everywhere. I do not like this dominated society. May soon government law will strictly follow and apply this matter.
KRISHNA LAXMI SHRESTHA
In my life, as I got married in early age 17years old. I got love from my parents as I am only a daughter, there is no other child. In my husband house, my in laws also loves me so much. As I was small, my husband also loves me very much. Everyone loves me so from childhood, I donot need to bear hatred, dominating place in my life. I got husband good one thatswhy my children also loves and respect me. I am75 years old, I got opportunity to study at this age, I am very happy. I always pray to god for all teachers and Maria mam, making women good education and life with this.

I did not got any opportunity in life, I got many struggle since child. I got married to a husband who is carpenter, she sacrifice many opportunity in life. My elder son leaves family, me and went to abroad and settle their with her wife. This gives me very much pain in life. But now I overcome this pain. I have support from my daughter. I am able to write and read in nepali.
Nhuchhe Maya Maharjan
I am able to study nepali, I am also learning english.Now its digital world so if we can learn computer and how to work from mobile it would be more useful. I am travelling 2 times in australia to my daughter and America to My son. So I think its is more important how we can type and search in mobile. How to write in laptop and work in computer. This is my enquiry, it would be great to learn mobile and laptop as well.

I am extremely happy to get continuously help from Foundress Maria. Before everyone was sad and disappointed how to run the organization, how to make women literate and skillful. I am scared the women will be separated, their life will became helpless, and can cause more darkness. But Maria gave us news to bring again lights by supporting and helping regularly for more and more long years. We feel positive energy and life becomes bright with happy news. Women can continue more years in education and skillful workshop, which makes their life independence, gives them freedom and also strength. I am very very much happy to my inside heart.
